Power Yoga tomorrow.

Friend: “I’m excited about the yoga class tomorrow. But it said Power Yoga, so does that mean it’s going to be hard?”

Me: Oh yeah. Well, I mean it depends on the teacher and I recall my ass being kicked the last time.

Friend: Oh.

Me: You can use my shower afterwards before we go to the movies, if you want.

Friend:…I’M GOING TO SWEAT?!

Plotting out the workout schedule for the New Year with friends. This has been concluded:

I do not want to be ruled by the scale, but I stepped on this morning.

It did its little, “Oh JK! You really weigh this!” jump thing.

Nevertheless, I lost another pound!!!

That is four pounds until I can check off my first goal! Oh Godric that is HOT!

10 minutes walk/jog mix

30 jumping jacks warm-up

30 minutes Yoga for back tension

This is how I think I look when I do kickboxing.
This is how I will look when I do kickboxing.

60 jumping jacks
20 squats
15 crunches +10 crunches for obliques
10 minutes of Pilates stretch band work for arms
32 minutes of aerobic cross-training with treadmill
and I want more.
Going to look up how much it is to rent a bike from the Cyclist shop down the road. Whoop!

Well that was…unexpected.

I haven’t touched a scale since…well, probably November of last year.

Got on a scale today and realized I am only 5lbs away from my first goal.

Unpopular opinion? I don’t know. :/

We are all just trying to do the best we can.
